We are determined to make every effort in order to keep the detrimental effects for the environment as low as possible. The natural resources which allow us today to use laboratory instruments shall also be available for following generations. Thus, a sustainable use is our primary objective.
SSC is focused on three areas in order to employ people and use natural resources in an efficient and sustainable way:
1) Packaging
We avoid and minimize waste of any kind and take care of recycling possibilities. The packaging’s production is resource saving as possible in order to prevent or at least minimize the use of energy and water.
2) Transport
Our transport facilities are well coordinated with one another and every part of the supply chain is tested to avoid negative environment effects. Thus, we can reduce the carbon dioxide emissions and contribute significantly to our everybody‘s health.
3) Internal processes
All internal processes are as efficient as possible in order to generate as less as possible of energy, paper and water waste.
Our ecological footprint shall be as small as possible. We are determined that economical productivity and eco-friendly acting are not mutually exclusive. Therefore, sunlab stands for efficiency and sustainability from which we can all still profit in the future.
